The Product: An enterprise e-commerce company reported on sales data and metrics by manually compiling reports and exports in Excel. Sales and executive leadership desired an automated reporting solution.
My Role: Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Co-op), managed and configured Salesforce CRM to generate accurate reporting.
Product Management Activities:
Current state sales pipeline analysis, user pain analysis, user journey mapping
Rapid prototype development of report features and configuration in Salesforce
Gathered user feedback for feature development and roadmap
Integration with Marketo marketing automation toolset
Insights derived from reporting tool provided next best actions for sales development and lead generation activities
As a direct result of improved sales insights, strategic sales and marketing decisions resulted in continued year-over-year revenue and customer growth
