

PROMOTING HEALTH & SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE FOR A LEADING TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDER
The Product: A leading national telecommunications provider was looking to improve health and safety in the workplace for service technicians across the country. A central knowledge sharing community was launched, being central to this effort.
My Role: Product Designer. Led customer research, design whiteboarding, information architecture design, wireframe design, prototyping, launch, and post-launch design optimization.
Product Design Activities:

Customer Research: Led research via service tech ride alongs, workshops, and focus groups.

Prototype Design: Developed information architecture strategy based on customer research. Identified Value Propositions, Calls to Action, and Information Categorization for site pages. Created and validated wireframes.

Product Launch: Led transition from legacy site to launch of new intranet. Oversaw training, adoption, marketing and performance measurement activities.
