CALGARY AIRPORT AUTHORITY ATIMS APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
The Product: A major North American airport undergoing a $2B facilities expansion was upgrading its Airport Terminal Information Messaging System (ATIMS). The upgrade consisted of custom application development, helping to transform the entire customer journey.
My Role: Project Manager for all development, customization, QA and implementation of the ATIMS application.
Product Management Activities:

Developed project plan to meet opening day requirements for 500+ flight displays utilized by major carriers including United Airlines, American Airlines, British Airways, and Air Canada.

Led daily scrums with development team. Provided leadership to project team consisting of engineers, business analysts and construction contractors.

Managed project expectations with C-suite executives, airport management team and business users.

Oversaw scope changes, SOW development, budget, schedule, risks and issues.
