I’m a product manager, a designer and a strategist. I've led initiatives with innovative brands including Amazon, IBM, and RBC engaging customers, executives, and developers from product design through to adoption and growth.

 

Highlights of my experience include:
 

  • Currently conduct CX research for the Alexa voice assistant at Amazon, based out of Seattle HQ.
     

  • Led the design, build and launch of a messaging and way finding application for a major North American Airport serving 16 million passengers annually.
     

  • Led roadmap development for an internal IBM knowledge share and capture community serving 500+ internal consultants across North America.
     

  • Advised F500 companies on technology strategy and post-merger integration, including the leading bank in the Dutch Caribbean. Recommendations directly generated $5M in annual opex savings in 17 countries and territories in the Caribbean serving one million customers.
